Michelle, Kurt and Korey were so easy to work with! Our closing was seamless! If I ever had any questions, they promptly answered my phone calls or emails. Communication was superb. I highly recommend Three Rivers Lending to take the stress out of buying of a home.

Three Rivers was a dream during the entire buying process. My wife and I are business owners and first time home owners. A few other lending companies were not responsive or willing to work with us, but Kurt opened the door to us and quickly made the entire process understandable and pain free. We worked mostly with Korey during the loan process and she was incredible. She was very kind, caring, and patient with us. We cannot overstate how perfect Three Rivers was for us. We recently completed buying our first house and we owe the incredible experience to this great team. Wonderful work and highly recommend.

If there is any team that’s going to make home buying as painless as possible — it’s Michelle and Kurt. They are truly the best in the business. Kurt spent the better part of a year getting us cost sheets at any given moment.. even if he had a handful of other clients, he always made us feel like a priority to him. Day & night.. he was always available to us. Once we finally found house, we completed the process with Michelle. She talked me through every step of the way, kept me updated and SANE. She answered every question I had (probably hundreds) and was always honest and positive. Michelle is SO knowledgable.. she made sure that our house had all of the little things you’d never think of (certain amount of steps require a hand rail, who knew?!) before moving forward in the process and risk wasting money. She respected how important it was to stay on budget for our family. We closed perfectly on time and it was all thanks to Michelle & Kurt. They are truly friends of our family now and we are so grateful that they had their hand in our home buying process!
