Tom Hotter, my Loan Officer, was readily available to answer my email and phone questions. He responded quickly, (even nights and weekends!) was always upbeat and helpful, and I felt he was genuinely interested in helping me with my refinance. I found Thompson Kane to be very competitive with fees and interest rates, and organized in arranging for the closing. I enthusiastically recommend Tom and Thompson Kane.

Having been fortunate in our earlier life, my wife and I expected to breeze through any qualifying features of obtaining an FHA loan. While we were focused on demonstrating the sufficiency of assets to easily by-pass the nettlesome details of the Federal process, the Thompson Kane folks were stuck with presenting those details satisfactorily to a singular and strict adherence to the minutia dictated by the protections of the FHA protocols. I am afraid my attitude toward some of what I considered the "less useful" features of the requirements provided a number of opportunities for frustration to all concerned. Yet, the folks at Thompson Kane worked steadfastly walking the unsteady line between my expectations and the formal requirements of the Fed. At no time did they give up on trying to make things work better for our situation, and quite effectively secured a final arrangement most satisfactory to our new home purchase. Nicely done! Very well run company. They got us a great refinancing rate and the entire process couldn’t have been easier. The staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Overall, we we were treated very well, they handled all the work seamlessly, and they saved us a lot of money. Kudos.

The original offered interest was very low compared to the market. Interest increased prior to registration by almost about 0.5%; however, Mr. Kane kept his promise with the interest rate. I liked Mr. Kane's ethics very much. The loan process was smooth. It was a very stress free and pleasant experience dealing with Thompson Kane & Company, Inc mortgage loan.
