For the past several years my wife and I have been looking to buy property in the OKC area. Tom initially made himself available via text so that was helpful for easy communication. However, we were told that we were approved and on track for closing. Several weeks went by and the appraisal was supposed to have been completed and everything on track. While attempting to get a status update I found out that we were not ever actually pre approved and that no appraisal had ever been ordered. They did not do what they said and were not even going to tell us! If I had not followed up we would have gotten to closing with nothing! I never even got a call from Tom with an explanation or apology. Thankfully I found a bank that would work with us.

The Rosser team was very efficient and responsive when helping me get my mortgage set up for my new home. Tom was able to match the interest rates of other mortgage companies as well. They have updates and videos to explain things all along the way and responded quickly to any questions I had. Everything went smoothly through closing.
