As someone who has shopped around for insurance quite a bit, I knew that I had found the insurance agents that were right for me at this branch of State Farm. The representative who helped me through my quote and purchase process was Lauren Harrell and she was everything I could’ve asked for in a rep. She was very personable, professional, and helpful in pairing me with insurance that was a good fit for me. She took extra time walking me through the process, and explaining answers to my questions in great detail (even the silly ones). I heard about this branch of State Farm from a recommendation from a friend, and am really happy that I followed up with it. Let me be that friend for you, GO TO THIS INSURANCE AGENCY. You will be well taken care of, with agents and representatives who see you as more than a sale or more money in their pocket.

I have had my rental property with State Farm and Thomas for years! On my first insurance claim with a payout, he cancelled my policy? I have paid my annual premiums upfront for every year that I had his services. When I asked for him to call me to give me further context he never did. I have been a business professional for almost two decades and I cannot imagine denying a customer, PERIOD. Let alone not sharing context of the decisions or allowing a customer to go months thru a pandemic without home owners insurance.

Huge rates. Lieing never reduced for cov19 relief. terrible company they charged me 183 for plpd.have perfect driving record ect. I went to liberty mutual I now pay 55 a month want public to know they are crooks

They are always great on getting things done and go out of their way to help you with claims to get it done right.

I was given a nice quote for 2 vehicles over the phone, on multiple occasions, even set up a date to switch and start. Date came to switch and all of a sudden all my information is gone. Thought it was very odd! So Ms. Lauren calls me back on her day off because "she felt bad" then decided to quote me almost $500!! Absolutely ridiculous. Good example of how our local insurance companies get down on us.

Staff was very friendly and quick to respond. I received a quote on my vehicles and home insurance. They were able to provide me with very good savings from my previous agent. I would recommend them
