We were moving out of state and Shilo was a last-minute referral from a good friend who we trusted and had helped us buy a couple homes in the past but who's license had lapsed in Idaho. Shilo was great to work with me to help me with an estimate and to determine the best way to move forward. The incredible part is that we had sold our house more quickly than anticipated and were closing on our new house in less than 30 days from the time I got in contact with Z mortgage. All things considering, their team had everything in place for things to go through but unfortunately both the lender and appraiser made mistakes in the process which resulted in us moving in a week later than we had wanted. Shilo fought for us to get us in quickly and remedy the mistakes from the other parties, including staying in contact with me and providing updates after hours and on weekends. The Z Mortgage team was really friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them.

This is the third, and probably not the last, time I’ve used Shilo and the Z Mortgage Team. They are awesome! From start to finish you’re kept informed and up to date with every step of the process. Buying a house is stressful, so getting the right team is crucial. The Z Mortgage Team IS the right team.

I have now done 7 mortgages with the Z team and it is likely I will with all the mortgages over my lifetime. Beyond the great rates, it is his ability to adapt, and make sure things close on time that really help me out. I preferred friends and family to them and all of them are also clients now. His loan processor David Card is a magician. My favorite thing is that they really know the business, from new tax laws, loan provisions, and incentives, they have saved me thousands over the years.
