The Wood Group of Fairway was extremely helpful and efficient! We worked closely with Savannah Kendricks, Daniel Rowe, and Bailey Law. Savannah was always quick to respond and gave thorough answers. They kept the process going smoothly and helped eliminate fears. Something that we anticipated to be a very stressful process turned out to be enjoyable and had no hiccups because of the great team we worked with. We were happy with the rates we were given and how they worked with us to find a down payment and mortgage payment that would work well for us.

Jackson was extremely helpful during the entire home buying process and made it very easy for us. He was not only knowledgeable but he was very responsive to every email, text and phone call, no matter what day or time I was trying to get ahold of him. That set him apart from other lenders we were shopping with. The interest rate was slightly higher than other lenders but Fairway was able to do something other lenders could not, close in 15 days. If communication and fast closing is what you are looking for, I would definitely recommend Jackson at Fairway.

Caren and her team are amazing. We are so lucky to have found them. Caren worked so hard to get us approved quickly and made sure the seller knew we had a serious offer. She seriously went above and beyond and our realtor agreed she is the best in the business.

We were searching for a home and decided to go new construction. We were in contact with a couple lenders and initiated a process with a different lender. Jackson at Fairway remained polite to us and in contact even though we decided to go with someone else initially as we started the process. The other lender and the builders weren't getting along well and we almost lost our home initially because of this. We reached back out to Jackson and he smoothed everything over with our builders and was very informative and available with answering questions. We really appreciate him! Team Roberts did an excellent job servicing my loan! They had the difficult task of preparing the loan for my investment property in just 3 weeks and we were able to close on time. Their needs to be a better word than great to describe Shannon. The seller’s agent was beyond impressed and our very own realtor was blow away by Shannon and her efforts throughout the whole process. She made the loan process easier, answered every question, quick to respond, made us feel like we were her only priority and client, helped us stand out as potential buyers with how quickly we could close, and the list could go on and on. In this crazy market Shannon somehow brought comfort and ease when it came to securing a loan and closing the sale.
