This was my wife and I second home to purchase in the last five years. We have used Heather at Fairway both times. Using her a second time really expedited the process giving the information she already had on us. She is very informative of what steps are next and keeps her clients up to date in each and every step to getting the keys to your new home. Communication is superb and makes for a streamline house buying process. We will recommended and use Heather again when we are in need of lending services.

We refinance our mortgage 2019 with Fairway , Sarah Jamar was very professional. When other lenders made us pay off some accounts, her expertise and advice made it easy. This year we weren't prepare to buy a property, and she qualified us the next day that we filled the application. Very professional, because of our credit and debt ratio, the loan had to change to FHA her and her team made happened in 6 days. Very professional, rates are great !!!!

Then i met Sarah at Fairway mortgage and she had me approved and the sale completed in 1 MONTH! I wish i would have used Sarah from the beginning and saved myself so much time and headache. I first found Fairway because they have so many 5 star google reviews and now i see why, so I'm doing my part to to continue the trend. We were just denied a loan after receiving a preapproval from another bank and our ernast period was ending that day. Sarah was able to work with the underwriter and get us approval the same day.
