I am shocked at how amazing the service is in this company. I went with another mortage company as Wendy's team unfortunately did not have the down payment assistance program I was trying to use but Wendy's team VOLUNTERED to look at the "estimation of fees" that the other company had sent me to give me their opinion. They looked over it and let me know they thought it was an awesome deal and I should go with it. I just can't rave enough about this company. If I could have gone with them, I would of in a heartbeat.

They had the best rates and a very efficient online portal to securely fill my confidential information and upload important documents (instead of sending over emails). Once application was filed, they kept me constantly updated about required documents and other info they needed from me.
