Kind, understanding, on the ball every step of the way, communicative, serious and determined to get you the best, locked-in rate, always one step ahead. And then they are also friendly and funny. Wish I had the experience like all these reviews. Unfortunately, I didn’t with Fairway and Drew. I had a great difficulty getting the correct information for my pre-approvals and didn’t get help in a timely manner. I was left hanging multiple times with no returned email or call following up. He gave more information about my pre-approval situation to my relator than me. I wanted to move forward with the loan process and never heard back. I felt like they were not accepting and understanding of the situation I was dealing with getting pre-approvals. I felt like I was not taken seriously based on my finances. Although, I am more than qualified for a mortgage and pre-approvals. Definitely not a lender I would want to do business with if that’s how I’m treated.

As a first time home buyer, there is so much information that it can easy become overwhelming. Thankfully, Angela, Louise and Sue were available every step of the way. Questions were always encouraged and responses were always timely. I appreciate this agency and everyone involved for making this experience a positive one. Louise and Sue were absolutely outstanding. Including while Louise was supposed to be enjoying herself on vacation. She was always willing and able to help me with absolutely any questions, concerns or hiccups that popped up during the process.

Drew was incredibly helpful throughout the process. As first time home buyers we came in knowing next to nothing, but Drew was able to clearly explain things to us in a way that we could understand. He quickly responded to all our queries, whether through text, phone, or email. And he's a great guy! We didn't end up getting a loan through him, but it was in no way his fault. In fact, even though we didn't use Drew for a loan, we still felt the need to write him a positive review -- that's how helpful he was! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage.
