There’s not enough words or stars to explain how AMAZING, CARING, and HONEST Heather Topol is. We have used her twice in purchasing our homes. Our daughter just purchased her first home while attending nursing school, this purchase was not easy and it got very emotional at times due to the sellers. This purchase was a for sale by owner and Heather was always there to answer any questions or explain any issues we had between both parties. She goes over and beyond and her communication between buyers, sellers, and agents couldn’t be any less than outstanding. She was always there for us at any time of the day, she truly cares. I have worked with the Topol Team to refinance my house TWICE now, and both times the process was smooth and successful. Our experience was not the greatest. I would not buy a home using them again. There was so much stress on the buyers end and it seemed the communication in the office was non existent. We were sending documents to everyone even though we sent the documents previously. If anything could go wrong it did and we felt we had no support or answers.

NEO Home Loans offers a very diverse range of services to make sure you have the best option for your purchase at that time. However, we got an up-close and personal experience with her last year and it solidifies even more what we already knew - she is fantastic. Our loan was complicated as Fannie and Freddie wouldn't lend on the condo we were trying to purchase - we found this out about three weeks into the escrow. At that point, she worked diligently to find us another option and we were able to close. Most loan officers would have given up as this wasn't a huge loan amount and the complex nature of the loan was pretty discouraging. We are beyond grateful to Heather for working so hard, being so creative and doing so with such a positive attitude to get it done. Thank you, Heather!

Excellent communication and service. Highly recommend. All questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The fact I was pretty much fully underwritten approved from the beginning helped us beat out other offers and get the house. The lending package they send in with the offer for the seller to see was really well done and I’m sure that also helped with beating out the other offers.
