I have used the Title Station both personally and professionally and I cannot praise the team enough. I have found everyone there to be very friendly and professional; they always get the job done on time and correctly. Emotions can run high on real estate transactions but Karen has a presence that puts everyone at ease. I have listened and watched her adapt to every kind of situation at the closing table. In other words she can effectively and efficiently communicate with an individual whether they have bought/sold hundreds of properties or if they are going through it for the very first time. I always experience a smooth transaction with this company and look forward to doing business with them for years to come.

I recently used The Title Station in Melbourne for a closing on a refinance and they were fantastic! They responded quickly to every question I had. They kept in close contact during the whole process and let me know every step of the way, what I should expect and which entity was going to handle which aspect of the closing. I knew I was in good hands, which was a relief. The best part of the closing (besides the chocolates on the table) was the thumb drive that Karen handed me, when everything was completed, which included all the closing documents in PDF form. No more losing important documents! Thanks for making this a painless process!

My 88 year old Dad sold his house and the closing was at The Title Station where Brian Hawkins was our agent. Brian did everything professionally to ally some of my Dad's fears about closing on his house.
