The Tax Lady of Paragould LLC Reynolds Rd, Paragould

Would give Zero stars but not an option. Very rude, unprofessional, and cannot contact her clients, then lies, and says she does. Been 2 months no response had, called her no she wanted to get smart, and have a attitude like she was on top of her job when she hasn't done nothing. I would go ahead, and go somewhere else if your looking for someone to do your taxes because she is not the one, and not worth the hassle. She might as well close down.

I have been using the tax lady since she opened. She's always pleasant, nice and friendly. Have never had any problems. She's very professional and knows her stuff. I highly recommend her.

Rude, unprofessional. Been trying to get a tax situation fixed for 3 years now. A tax problem caused by her own negligence. Guess after 3 years she’s tired of me asking because now she will not even call me back. By the way if you want a tax professional you can call when you need them, this is not her. All you will get is a hateful message about how she can’t answer the phone or get back with you because she is over worked. BEWARE!!!!!! As for the response….. it’s from 2018 and it took 3 years to get you to do anything. And thanks for not charging me anything extra…. Since it was your negligence that put me in the position anyways and I’m still out 1500 dollars. Oh and thanks for not returning my emails…… I asked to meet anytime not just when you were in class but no time is really convenient for you unless you happen to be there anyways which you never are. And if it’s been taken care of and you have proof that’s what I’ve been asking you for and yet you refuse to show me anything from the state. Say what you want. Anyone who has used you knows you.

I highly recommend this place . Friendly , helpful, I won’t go anywhere else.

She seems to understand what’s she’s doing, but is not very thorough. She spends more time talking about other items and gets distracted. She is disorganized and extremely RUDE and disrespectful. I never had issues until I started using this tax organization. I will never go back to this place. I highly recommend everyone to use another tax person.

Worst service I've ever had the displeasure of receiving. Lady seemed way more interested in treating her employees like garbage than helping me. Screaming and cursing at everyone like a child. I'd go anywhere else. Seriously.
