I have been with this bank for over 35 + years. I love Southern Federal Bank. I have never had a problem with this bank. I am grateful to be a member and a saver of my business here at Southern Federal BANK. 100%. The SF bank I love and appreciate.. I am no longer -sonya42ful-google plus is no more. This credit union allowed a joint account be closed without notifying all owners being notified!!! I tried to talk to someone named Heather at one of the branches and she informed me that they can let any owner just walk in and do that. If you want your money protected do NOT DO BUSINESS with this credit union.

Tried taking sister off account, was told to have her fill out paper work and send back. After i did this was told she has to come here, SHE IS 800 miles away!!!!!

Trying to pay a bill (this is done every month) and the lady at the drive thru never seems to be able to find the account. I'm thinking she can't seem to be able to expand her brain beyond what is right in front of her.

Great people, decent rates, the only bad is its location. 20/81 is a nightmare to travel on.
