Hakim helped me purchase my first home. Based off my experience, I have and will continue to highly recommend Singleton Mortgage Group. The entire team worked diligently to ensure I was aware of the process and made sure All my needs were met to close the deal. Tbh, when I started the process I went through other banks first and they quoted me really high, or gave me a tough time in regards to employment. I am a registered nurse and work multiple jobs, Hakim ensured me it wouldn’t be an issue and he could help me. He told me YES, we can do it, you Qualify. I appreciate him and his team. If you are looking to purchase or refinance on your home Singleton Mortgage Group is the place to go. This is my second time working with Hakim Singleton and he really is the best at giving you the best numbers; from interest rates, to monthly payments, closing costs etc. I won’t get into details but he saved us about $600/month. Stacy Griffiths was super attentive, kept me updated on this whole process and was super patient and determined to get this deal closed by the end of the year.
