We worked with Shannon Jones and her team to both buy and sell a home. We were so lucky to work with such a professional, dedicated team! Shannon was so aligned with us on exactly what we were looking for during the buying process, and we were incredibly picky and had something very specific in mind during a time where inventory was so incredibly limited. She and Brad were patient, never pushy, always in communication, and so responsive with answering questions. We eventually found a great home and had our offer accepted! When selling, their marketing helped our home go over $50k over asking! They gave us great staging feedback, had a phenomenal photographer take pictures and video tours, and held two busy back-to-back open houses. They advised us on timing and pricing for the initial listing, and we had many interested offers and multiple rounds of bidding! They were in touch and always available during escrow, and even after closing they have been checking up on us to provide guidance with the home warranty or any other questions or issues that we may have.
