Roy has assisted me and my family on numerous real estate transactions throughout the years. He recently assisted me on closing a very difficult acquisition. It was for a property from an auction site, need I say more! Anyone who has had an experience with an auction site's property can attest to how difficult obtaining financing for those type of acquisitions can be. Let alone actually getting to closing! Roy patiently endured the process while overcoming numerous difficulties up to and including language barriers (overseas outsourced title company).
