Sandy Walker is the BEST and sweetest person to work with! I was trying to find a realtor in the Palo Cedro area, while I live out of town. I had emailed her asking for help & she emailed back promptly. The property we had to sell was a VERY rough property that belonged to a relative who had passed. There are a lot of realtors who would not have helped us with this mess of a property which needed many repairs, and wasn't going to net her much of a profit. But she sensed we were desperate and needed help & sold it for us! We will forever be grateful to her!

Working with Hannah Swain is like getting a surprise upgrade to first class on a flight or to a suite at a hotel. You expect a normal level of service and receive so much extra it feels like you won the lottery. Hannah brings a wonderful voice to the house buying experience. While you're viewing a house and thinking "Can I live here?" or "Will my stuff fit here?" Hannah points out practical issues and possible problems to consider. My favorite was "The yard is lovely, but will require a ton of raking." Mental note to self, hire a gardener if you buy this house. Hannah cheerfully answers even the stupid questions and has put in an extraordinary effort to make my long distance move successful. Hire her. You will not be disappointed.

Hannah Swain was wonderful. It was a long process looking for a home during this last year, due to covid-19 and other factors, but Hannah was always there to give advice and to answer any questions. I definitely feel lucky to have had her as my agent.
