We had very unusual closing and also need a fast turn around! (30 days) The Rate kings team was amazing and got everything done and was able to save us money before closing lowering are interest rate! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. They helped to lock the best rate out on the market and offered free-of charge re-lock that is not that common. Fortunately, I didn't need to use this option. We were able to close within planned time frame and with lower closing cost than estimated. I will certainly re-use them again for any future mortgage needs and highly recommend them.
