No stars here. Really BAD, AWFUL experience. They offered a product that clearly didn’t know. They asked for an extension of closing 4 times (yes, 4 times) which brought monetary penalties for the buyer in order to continue with the purchase. We got a closing just because the listing and selling agent, a person from the title company and a paralegal from the closing department pushed and pulled really hard for weeks. No more QKapital for me.

They helped us with the loan at a competitive rate and the advice along the process, thanks a lot for this. Very good company.
