Great mortgage broker, with an outstanding support team. Best I've ever worked with. Ryan Niles puts together multiple loan options, then shows them in a comparison chart so you can see how they affect your payment, your money down, etc. He also provides detailed explanations and recommendations on which options to choose. We made six offers before finding a home, and Ryan ran the numbers on every property without complaint. Once our offer was accepted, Ryan's team worked with us to process all the paperwork. They're great, and they have a good website the makes everything easy. Last thing to mention, they found us a really competitive rate, beating the market and their nearest competitor by a mile.

My wife and I first met Adam Golden and heard of Cornerstone through a first-time homebuyers class we took last year. We were impressed by his knowledge of the market and how he explained the lending side of the process to us. Their closing team was also very good at keeping us informed and guiding us through the process. They were all very patient and clear and detailed in the information they provided. We're very grateful we could make such a big investment supported by such a professional team. We can also confidently say that a big reason we won the offer on our home (there were other 15 offers reviewed) is because Cornerstone did all of the underwriting up front which enabled us to waive the finance contingency and come to the table with the ability to close in 10 business days! We are almost positive we would have lost the offer on our house if we would have gone with an online lender or a bank. We are very grateful for Adam and his team and would highly recommend them!
