One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in the world of insurance, I’m not even one to write reviews, but this was a down-to-Earth family business that saved me literally $1,960 a year. My experience was great, I didn’t have to wait on hold at all, called 3 times and immediately was connected to a friendly voice and Lauren Murray (VP) responded to all my emails within 45 minutes. When I went in to sign paperwork and switch to insurance, the President of the company sat down with me in a nice and clean conference room and took at least 20 minutes to explain everything to me in clear detail and offered me bottles of water several times. Extremely and surprisingly pleasant experience, would definitely recommend; for not only savings but customer service.
