All the great reviews turned out to be true, it's incredible. The whole refinance process was very quick. Alex Greer is fantastic and has customer's best interest at heart. He was very efficient and responsive, walked us through all the questions, challenges and options and really went above and beyond to close our refinance at a great rate. He was on top of things even during his vacation. Considering we were refinancing a condo in a building with a construction defect litigation and it's been challenging for a lot of residents, I would give TMO 6 stars if I could.

I don't normally call a mortgage refi an amazing experience. Jerry did just that. We knew it wasn't going to an easy loan to begin with but Jerry made it seem easy. Very transparent and upfront with what we'd need to get over the finish line. It was also rater quick process than what I was expecting. Rates were excellent and the entire process not mind numbing.
