I got into a fairly minor car accident, but was worried as I had had multiple concussions and the insurance company was offering very little money. It was the other driver's fault and the medical bills were substantial. Mr. Kryder handled everything, responded quickly and professionally, and negotiated a much better offer than I expected. I did call about three other attorneys before settling on using Andrew. I found him to be the most transparent about money, the most professional, and the most responsive. Many of the others just had assistants take down endless information and wouldn't get on the phone themselves. With Andrew, I recall someone taking down some basic screening information (but not excessive) and then got a call back from an actual attorney in a few hours who explained the process to me and never made me feel pressured. If you' have been in a car or truck accident, I think you'll get a better settlement and have a better experience with Mr. Kryder than other attorneys.

They provided me with quite bad services. I have contacted them many times to know about the case status, but they just reply me need more time to study my case. I am totally frustrated with their services. Really wasted my time and sent me to a very unprofessional staff. Didn’t even try to help me fill so many papers out just to be here writing a bad review. They had me go to these places and all now I’m about to be in debt due to hospital bills they don’t call and check up on you or anything. I was in a car accident in May 2020. I reached out and opened a case in July 2020. This law group and the attorney never reached out after the initial call. I had to reach out and when I did was treated like I was bothering them. My last email was May of 2021 and was told we are still working on it. I just found out the atty I was talking to left. It is September 2021. I have not heard anything from them. I try to call and get told I am going to voicemail that is full and then hangs up on me. They received money from my insurance company early on and have had that money for over a year. I at this point think, I will never even see that money let alone anything from my case.
