My wife and I were looking to refinance for the first time in order to do some major home renovations. Since we are first time home owners we were stuck with an odd mortgage setup where we had a primary loan and a secondary loan that would be forgiven after a certain period of time. Our mortgage rate was very high and we didn’t know how to make things better. The Knorr Group - Stephen and Gracie - made the entire process so easy, and in no time got us into a single mortgage loan with a better rate, and the exact amount of money we needed for our home renovation.
