Never thought I would leave a negative review for anyone until now, but Shawn is certainly deserving of it. I was told my loan was solid as can be, I'm very qualified, and one of the best clients by Shawn. I timely did do everything his team asked me. His team is great BTW but Shawn is something else. When we had something to overcome and I called Shawn to discuss it his true colors came shining through. He turned ignorant, degrading, short-tempered, rude, and talk to me like a child. He would not talk to me but shouted at me. He never even listened to my concerns, he started yelling and finger-pointing. To this day he still never heard my concerns. I think if he heard them he would be glad he listened because they could lead to a change in his process but he had no interest in listening. That would make it possible that his team did something wrong. So he defaulted to saying how great he is and how much experience he has, that I should never questions him. It seems that he tries to take on as much as possible and it becomes overwhelming. There was poor communication and delays in getting things done. I did buy my home with legacy because I had no choice so deep into the process and he so kindly reminded me of that while yelling at me.
