Tim and Abby was AMAZING. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process to ensure that everything was moving along smoothly. They are very knowledgeable and transparent with their clients and they seem so genuine. They treat the sale as if it is their own which made us feel very comfortable and we had peace of mind knowing we made the right decisions. They were always available for any questions/concerns and made us feel very welcomed to ask. They truly care for their clients. We had some last minute issues at closing, Tim and Abby was able to overcome those issues within an hour and got us to the closing table. We appreciate their efforts and hard work and definitely will be using them for the future.

We were not sure of who might be the best option for us when selling our rental property. A lot of ads make claims but we felt the John Schuster Group would be our first company to review. I asked Mike to perform a very difficult service: helping me find a place to live that I would not see until after the deal was closed. He actually did the shopping for me and found a great place! He was also extremely helpful with getting me connected to the other professionals that I would need to complete this purchase---a most helpful mortgage company, with its numerous good processors; the title company for closing the deal; and the insurance agent who most helpfully had all the "paperwork" put together and in the hands of the closer so that I didn't have worry about anything as I trekked across country to the new place. Mike also showed extreme patience in dealing with more than one delay/reschedule in my closing (due to no fault of his or mine) and made all the arrangements for it to happen. He even eased my mover anxiety crisis by, again, making extraordinary arrangements to save me several thousand in additional moving costs. And....after all this, he showed up at my closing with enthusiasm and a smile on his face!
