When we moved on to underwriting, Matthew Beard was able to make sure we provided everything they needed to get approval for the loan. The NFM portal was extremely user friendly, allowing us to easily upload and sign documents. Throughout the process, NFM sent us videos to clearly help us understand where we were in the loan process and what would happen next.
