Highly recommend! Gardner was absolutely amazing! He was always available for my calls, informed me well of things I didn’t understand and made sure we got what we wanted. He helped up through each step of the process and made sure I got the best deal. Long story short, my family rented a home for 7 years and it went on the market so we had to move. Renting was no longer an option for us and we found a home without a realtor. This was unexpected and we didn’t have unlimited resources for purchasing, our credit history wasn’t awful but definitely not the best due to my sons extensive medical needs. I did a refinance of my house in Westchester NY. I spoke to multiple brokers including Quicken, Home Depot and others and although obviously the Funding store was much smaller Gardner got me a much better rate with lower fees than the others. He was very professional always getting right back to me and got me a great rate just a hair above 2% for 15 years. He worked with a giant bank UWM so I was very confident and comfortable with the process. Most importantly I always felt he had my back and kept my best interests in mind while doing the refinance.
