Made us put additional money down for taxes even though we said we did not want to escrow. They also did not bring this to our attention outside of the mountain of paper work that comes with a loan until the day before closing so our hands were tied. We went with them for convenience which they provided but you can find at other places and get discounts on closing costs.

Maybe I’m just used to the big city banks. But never have I ever had a limit to spending my own hard earned money. I also would get a phone call from my previous bank to make sure I am making a certain transaction. With this bank, they just choose which transactions they want to decline. It’s really embarrassing when the money is in my account.

Walked into the bank today with my wife and two daughters around 4pm for a meeting to discuss a business loan. Upon entering the bank, the woman employees standing at the front were extremely rude and unprofessional to the point where another employee had to apologize to us. One employee in particular walked away as I was telling her my name and what I was there for resulting in her not hearing me and instead of asking again, she held her hand up to her ear with her back turned to me for me to yell louder. Thankfully another employee jumped in, apologized, and took us back to our meeting. Upon exiting our meeting my daughter used the restroom and we proceeded to head out. I then needed to use the restroom, went to head back and the same rude employee said “I’m sorry we’re not allowing customers to use the restrooms.” When one minute before that, another employee let my daughter use the restroom. We drove an hour away for a business prospect to invest quite a large sum of money- it’s a shame really that a front desk greeter left such a bad tase in our mouth that we will be taking our business elsewhere. How we were greeted and treated upon entering the bank was unacceptable and should be gone over in your next employee meeting.
