What is wrong with a bank that won’t do a simple $30 cash exchange? Took in some rolled coin from my job, and because I wasn’t a customer they wouldn’t do it. It was pennies for goodness sake!

Went to back to open an account in October and was told that the person who could open up accounts just left for lunch and then we were told to come back in an hour. We walked out and went somewhere else.

Don't bank here! They always have an excuse for not cashing a check or couldn't find my wife on the account. Took over 20 min to get a check into my bank account because they wanted to make sure the check was not fraud, even though the check came from another bank... If you need to put money into your bank on the weekend good luck because their ATM's don't allow it! Not convenient at all!

Went through the drive through today to deposit 2 United States Postal Money Orders in my checking account and was told that they couldn't deposit them in my account, so I asked the teller what good was an account I couldn't deposit to? I went inside and immediately closed out a worthless account at a worthless bank.
