Great customer service IMO! This was my second visit to The Exchange to see about selling some silver coins. (The first visit was just to see if I'd feel comfortable doing business there.) Ben was very helpful and diligent to find any coins that might be 'specials', even though I came with over 300 dimes in my little box. Based on my own research on value, The Exchange paid me a fair price (far more than the $0.10 that each dime would have been worth at a grocery store!) and did so patiently and politely.

They have a lot of items that are overpriced, even if they were in better condition. They will lowball you under $20 for an item they will later resell for 100+ . Wouldn’t recommend using them to pawn, ones in Missoula pay a lot more and are worth your time.

My personal favorite pawnshop in the area they have lots of good stuff for everybody in there as well as very nice staff I recommend for anybody

Poor prices and service is very slow I walked in the door with 4 Playstation 3 games that are worth $8 dollars each$32 total and when i walked up to the counter with my games the shop owner offered me to buy them for $40 total like yeah i understand that its business but at the same time pay attention theres a line between business and ripping people off like come on this is the second time you have done this to me deffinatly wont return to you for anthing.

I'm writing this review for my husband, he says they will give you spot price on silver and gold, he sells there a lot, don't go to the repeat pawn shop, they want to give you spot minus 10%, what a joke

I have been in several times. Everything is way over priced. And usually not in working condition. If you ask to test it or for a lower price they say you can pay the lower price but it's as so danged if you do and danged if you don't. Unfortunately your better off with fb market place.

I loved coming in, but they have changed in a negative way. They have a huge selection of video games, comic books, and game guides which is something I love collecting. But, half the stuff they have do not have price tags, and if you ask for a price they will search up the price of the item on eBay or Amazon and give you a way too high price for the item.

They are the greatest people to work with. They help you research stuff and they give you decent prices for your stuff

Nice personal touch and the prices are good. Take some time, drop in and talk to the owner(s) and any of the talented people there even if you're not in the mood to buy or sell right now.

They have pretty good prices and great customer service!!!
