Some of the people are friendly, but the services are highly outdated. We can only pay ACH over the phone on our loan we have through them. I hate doing that, because it takes forever to clear our bank, so instead we drive to Springfield once a month to make payments. I know we could mail them in, but I dont trust that either. We had an checking account with them and because we didn't use it at stores they closed it. Never told us or anything. We had used cash app to transfer money to that account a couple times when we where out of town to make our payment, so that was convenient, until this last time. We tried it and didn't work, that's when we called and they said they closed our account for lack of activity. Their system definitely needs to be updated. The bank we go through for my car takes debit and we can transfer from one bank to the next. Unless I missed something, can't do that here. It is very inconvenient.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bloodsucking thieves is all they are. Worse than any bank on fees. Your positive balance includes $20 that you can't spend so if you go below $20 they charge you a $37 NSF fee for spending your own money that shows in your account.

Unprofessional bank would never use, went in for a loan spent a good half hour or so doing paper work for my auto loan it was close to closing so they said we should know by lunch the next day about the loan. Next day I called in the morning and they tell me since I'm not a member they can't do a loan for me? They couldn't tell me that or at least give me the courtesy to give me a call? All they had to do was ask if we're members or not, or at least look at the address..... I live in Murfreesboro an hour away I even confirmed my address with the loan officer Nikki, she didn't say there was any problem... Really unprofessional hope you don't treat your own customers this way.
