The Closing Specialists did a fantastic job of taking care of everything necessary to complete the purchase of our new home. Couldn't be more grateful for their friendly, efficient service. Thank you all for a job well done!

I would absolutely NOT recommend this closing company to anyone!!!! I bought a house in August 2018 it took them 6 months to get a deed to me after numerous calls to them which was never returned after a week finally someone answered the phone and said rudely we are behind and we hired more people to help us and the lady Becky that you need to speak to is on vacation. Who goes on vacation when you are behind on your work??? The 2018 taxes were paid in the closing however I received a delinquent tax notice in December stating my taxes on this property were not paid by the closing company. Again after numerous phone calls and leaving messages I get a call back from Becky regarding this matter. She stated that she would take care of it another 2 weeks went by she called and said for some reason the check didn’t clear through her bank and she would take care of it. Now it is March and I receive another delinquent tax notice for the 2018 taxes NOT paid by this company!!!! After calling yet again for over a week Becky returns my call and is extremely rude with me and tried to tell me again that for some odd reason the check didn’t go through and she would send another one, I said I have been going through this for how long??? Can you please just pay them online and take care of this so I don’t have this stress which was your responsibility in the first place. She rudely said I will send them out a check in the mail and that is the way it’s going to be!!!!! That conversation was over 2 weeks ago today March 21st I called the tax office and she the boss of this closing company still did NOT pay them!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!

my husband uaed them had no problem quick efficent he recommended them to a friend it did not work out well so I guess that it proves it's hit or miss with this company

Never will use again. I refinanced after 18 months of my purchase. Found out my deed was not clean. This was stated by my banks legal counsel and my attorney handling the refinance. The closing specialist maintain that they did everything correctly and if I’d have gone through them, there would be no problem. So in other words, the deed would still be all messed up as they would have not fixed their own initial mistakes. My refinance drug out 6 months until the matter was rectified. You pay a hefty closing cost, make sure you have a reputable company to dot the i’s and cross the T’s. This company did far from that. It was a mess. The only positive thing was that I did refinance so soon and much information was fresh and easily traced. 20 years down the road would have been even more difficult to fix.

Disappointing service. Closing was on a Friday morning being represented by my realtor, as my house was sold. Proceeds were to be wired to my bank on Friday. The charge for them to wire was an extra $50. I called them Monday morning as the funds did not arrive. I was called back saying they had been too busy. The proceeds were wired and received on Monday afternoon.

This company treated myself very well from start to finish, I’m looking forward to using their service again in the future.
