The Chuck Walden team did an excellent job with lending side of my client's home purchase. Jennifer Grant is so timely in her response to clients and very knowledgeable about the lending and real estate process. Once under contract, I very much appreciated the Friday follow up communication by the other side of the lending team. If expertise and good communication is important to you, you can't go wrong with the Chuck Walden team for your lending needs.

He was also able to work with me through some setbacks and make sure my numbers didn’t go up. He was also a great help with answering all my questions.
