Absolutely no reservations to recommend this group and Kim specifically. It had been years since I had applied for a mortgage and never for a ReFi. However, my existing rate was no longer acceptable to me . We dropped more than a point and a half. Kim stayed in touch frequently and without prompting. She did it generally via non-obtrusive text as was my preference. All steps were announced in advance.
