Fantastic job!! This is my 2nd time closing with Caliber and team Brumley and it could not have gone any better! Sara and Kate we're on top of it and never dropped the ball. Things went very smoothly and we even closed early! Oh yeah and did I mention I'm self employed? Not a problem! I just refinanced a fewer days ago. Caliber Homes Loans was very easy to work with, the necessary paperwork and application forms were straightforward and easy to fill out. My big worry was trying to buy a home from 2,100 miles away and working with a mortgage broker from a distance. Turned out to be wonderful experience in large part due to the great communication between Caliber's staff and me. Emails were promptly answered and the weekly update on the status of the process was very informative. The use of electronic signing and providing me digital copies of every document made the entire process both efficient and transparent. I definitely reccomend the Brumley team for all your mortgage needs! First time I worked with them was on a challenging foreclosure purchase. Second time was for a refinance.
