My wife and I needed to refi our home in SE Tucson, and we weren't sure how our credit would get us good rates. We weren't even sure we could refi! We worked with Ian because he came highly recommended by friends of ours. On D-Day, we met him at his office on Sunrise and laid out our financials on his desk. He asked us specific questions, and quickly found a mortgage program we could fit in. In just about 1 hour, we had our refi all buttoned up with the additional cash needed. A few days later, the check came in the mail. Ian is super professional, he makes things look easy. Financial matters are usually stressful: NOT with him.
