My husband and I have loved working with Citywide Home Loans! It feels like you are their only client; it's so personal and quick. I really think a big part of why our offer was accepted was because of how quickly we could get through the loan paperwork and closing. I worked with Kassandra! She is absolutely amazing for so many reasons. One issue that I've found happens with loan coordinators is that they seem too busy to respond to you and are unable to respond in a timely manner. For our first home, we were approved for a fourteen day closing. This is a really short amount of time, and Kassandra talked with me every day, even multiple times a day, on the phone or through email. She explained everything in depth and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend her and her team !

I think communication with your lender is very important as you navigate through the whole mortgage process. And The Ben Lemon Team of Citywide Home Loans has been wonderful with communicating with us. Leticia Vigil helped us with getting pre-approved. She is kind, courteous, knowledgeable and always available to respond to your questions. Before making an offer on a home, we consulted with her to figure out payments as mortgage rates change everyday. She's always there to help us even late at night or early in the morning. She's even willing to contact sellers to vouch for us. We eventually went under contract through her help. Jalene Wilson is now helping us with the underwriting and final approval process. She's prompt at communicating with us and is patient with us as we try to navigate the last stage of our mortgage application. So far, we are happy with the smooth and fast process with The Ben Lemon Team. The appraisal was ordered and completed the same week we went under contract. Soon after, we got a conditional loan approval. We expect close on our loan soon. They offer a 10 day closing which can be appealing for buyers and sellers, especially in this competitive market.

We are getting ready to buy our third home. We haven’t had great luck with other mortgage companies. Leticia calls and checks up on us. Lets me know what I can do to improve my credit score. I completely recommend The Ben Lemon Team every time. Two and a half years ago they guided us through the entire (exhausting & emotional) process of purchasing my first home. Just recently they again took excellent care with us in our refinancing process. We were able to get a lower interest rate and move from an FHA loan to a Conventional loan with great ease. When we turned back to them we were at our wits end because we had tried the refinancing process with two other mortgage companies and let me tell you, to say, "they dropped the ball", is putting it lightly.
