Doug my loan officer and Nate were fantastic. Doug helped me refinance my house at a great rate. He provided excellent customer service, very easy to work with, very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the loan that Doug worked out for me. I had been wanting to refinance my home but didn't qualify. I called Doug on a whim, expecting to be turned down again, but he got me into a loan at a good rate, took cash out, without providing all the usual documentation!! The lender was a little difficult to work with but Doug professionally worked with me to get through their process, right to the end!
