Omar helped my wife and I refi our home. I have used other lenders in the past but none as professional as Omar. In our particular case we did not have perfect credit so another lender could have been tempted to just turnover our refi for a quick profit but not Omar he helped us get the best rate possible. Omar had to spend 8 months working to find the right lender who would approve a loan, with good terms, for us. Many Loan Originators would have given up right away or after a few weeks, but not Omar. Being that our loan had its complications, Omar often told me that he was not giving up that easy. He didn’t. He pulled out all the stops and succeeded 8 months later. Our loan funded on November. Jocelyn and Maria worked closely with us to process our loan as smooth and as efficiently as possible. They both kept us abreast of all documents needing signatures and to be reviewed. They both communicated with us on a regular basis. They worked with us to maintain the processing timelines up until the day that we funded. They made the process go smooth and basically easy. This is not my first experience financing or refinancing loans with Omar and the Abich Group, and believe me, it won’t be my last. I went elsewhere before and was not offered the same top-notch quality service that I always get from Omar and the Abich Group. I have no reason to go elsewhere. I am Loyal to those who take real good care of me.
