Drew Smith was absolutely amazing! Even with other clients, meetings, and his own family to take care of, his level of loyalty and dedication was unmatched! He was brutally honest about our chances with particular homes, but in no way made us feel as lesser people because of it. He was being a friend, not just a salesman. He broke everything down to very understandable terms and was able to do so easily because of his knowledge on the subject. My wife and I feel like we have made a friend in Drew! We never felt manipulated or pushed. He paid attention to our body language and actually listened to our feedback and found us a home rather quickly in this market. He understood our wants and desires for a home and made sure to stay true to that when giving us options. Dan has helped us purchase 2 houses over the last few years. He is friendly, responsive, informative, professional... I could go on and on. Dan's best trait was listening. HE truly took the time to grasp what my wife and I were looking for in a home. He tailored his showings to our needs rather than guide us into houses that would earn him more commission. HE happily showed us 87 houses before we purchased our 1st house. Then he happily signed on to help us buy our next house. That only took 50 or so showings. Connie at 8z was wonderful to work with during our first home buying experience. We weren't sure what we were looking for initially so we asked to look at a wide variety of houses in a bunch of different locations. We saw cabins in the foothills, condos in Golden, and basic suburban houses. She was patient throughout the entire experience of us trying to figure out what we wanted. We often asked Connie at the last minute if we could see something and she always made that happen. Once we decided on a neighborhood and a style of house we went out looking and the second house she showed us in the neighborhood was the house we wanted. She really listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect house that was under our budget. She made negotiations, inspections and the closing process easy. We couldn't have had a better experience buying our first house and that was thanks to Connie.
