Fast courteous staff. Even though there's construction at the site the drive-thru is still open for business

TFCU ( Lomaland) has been my bank since I was 16 years old ( I am 33 now). They have always been prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful. I also enjoy those little anniversary and birthday messages. My parents have been members of TFCU longer than I have! We trust TFCU with our time and money. They have never let us down! To many mores of banking with y'all! Adding on to this review for the contest! :) I like that my former student is my banker at times when I visit. Always great to catch up with my past kiddos. Thank you TFCU!

Piss poor branch manager service, Toni Montoya. Robbed my retired dad of money in overdraft/transfer fees. General poor branch service and not willing to work with customers. All about the money here... Better off working with different banking services. Will be closing all accounts shortly.

I banked here at TFCU for a year. The staff was always friendly. The lobby is always clean. They also decorate for the holidays and it’s super cute. A very good place to bank.

I have been a Member of TFCU for over 30 years. I have had my car financed at a low interest rate, I have had loans when I have needed their help. Staff has gone above and beyond in assisting me and answering my questions. Maria, a Manager at the Lomaland Branch was friendly & made me feel comfortable when applying for loans. I have been made to feel not just like a member number, but like they cared about my concerns and needs as a person. Thank You

This location is very helpful even if I have a small question. Just wish the lobby would open soon. **I just saw that I had won a prize..too bad I never rechecked again, but thank you on selecting me.

STAY AWAY! There are so many other banks/credit unions who do more for their customers and treat them better. They charge $25 to open any account (checking, savings, youth, etc). From my experience they require higher credit scores for loans and their banking hours aren't that great. I called to inquire about two transactions. However my rating is primarily based on how a "Javier" treated me today. Unfriendly, uninviting, rude, and has an attitude. He even raised his voice and asked that I "let him finish" when all I did was says "yes I agree". Thank God we have another acct at Navy Federal Credit Union and will be closing our TFCU acct's ASAP.

I have been banking here for 20 years and never have I had a problem with their service or my accounts. Whether you prefer online banking, drive-thru or in person, this credit union has you covered. Staff has ALWAYS been professional courteous and helpful. EPATFCU issued me a credit card when I didn't have the best credit record. This card helped me improve my credit. Thank you EPATFCU!

I love how TFCU supports our community schools with giving back when customers use their TFCU school cards. Every little bit adds up!! Thank you TFCU for helping our local education partners!
