TexasBank N Wolfe Nursery Rd, Stephenville

My mother is 90 and has used this bank for years. We were surprised with a letter that said her accounts must be closed within 30 days and automatic deposits after that time would be returned to the sender. No explanation. We began the “nightmare” process of trying to reroute all her automatic deposits and auto-pay bills. I ran into technical difficulty and called Texas Bank’s support line. Apparently the accounts were “flagged.” The support person was rude, condescending and offer zero assistance. This has been the worst banking experience. I will never recommend this bank.

I tend to stay with my bank long-term so was sceptacle about opening an account here but had to pick a bank since I'm new to town. The process went very smooth and I'm happy to say its been over 30 days now and no complaints. The drive threw moves quick and everyone's pleasant. I have nothing but nice to say about the customer service/staff, even when my days not going well and I'm not friendly, they always are. I visit drive threw approximately 4-6 times a month. I have been told to avoid Friday afternoons if possible and took that advise since its only a mile from where I live and work. 5+ Stars from me

This location has the worst customer service i have ever dealt with...The front desk has to ask others to do anything...I have been with them for over 10 years and will be taking my business elsewhere...The Texas Bank in Dublin is a much more friendly and customer centered environment...Although the business is still the same, they are there to serve you!...My rant is only for the Stephenville location! The one star is only for the debit card access.

Been a very nice bank to be a member of. All the abilities of a large bank with the small town personal feel.

They take good care of me there, and the employees give it a personal touch.

I've used this bank since 1998. Today, I needed a new debit card due to fraudulent activity on mine, and they went out of their way to make sure I got it before their lobby closed. They have always been friendly and helpful. Awesome customer service that needs to be recognized!

I’ve used this bank since 2013 and had no issues until recently. In the past 3 months, they’ve lost my deposits 4 times & charged me random overdraft fees. Will be closing my account

I opened my account a year or so and I know I have made the best decision. Dont have any surprise charges and so far everyone is helpful and friendly.

This is the most friendly and helpful bank I have ever done business with.
