Very nice facility. Offered snacks and drinks to us upon arrival. Closing was fast and painless. The only negative I can really mention is that after confirming with my lender that the funds had been released, and waiting an hour I was unable to reach anyone to get an update. I was eventually called back after calling twice. Minor inconvenience but worth mentioning that I felt like I had to chase down info instead of the other way around.

Use anyone else but them! My wife and I were buying a house and the sellers were difficult through out the entire process. The seller finally refused to let the appraiser do the appraisal which in turn cancelled the loan. This should have had us have our Ernest money returned to us but even after that they still have the money to the seller. They don't know what they are doing! Use anyone else but them!
