Texas Regional Bank E Business 77, San Benito

Mr. Jaime Collins and all the staff at the new San Benito location have been so helpful in getting us set up with our business and personal accounts. The bank has so many awesome amenities, the ATM machine alone allows you to do so much! Not to mention how beautiful the bank is on the inside... Everyone is so friendly and personable, they really focus on creating a relationship with you. I've never had a bad experience.... This is an EXCELLENT BANK!

My grandmother has been with the bank for several years now. She loves it however at the San Benito branch The supervisor that is at that branch Mr. Collins is a very rude gentlemen . If your an existing customer he will brush you off to the side and ignore you while if you are a non customer and are opening in account. He will pull out the red carpet for you and be super nice with you but once that account is open he will then brush you off to the side as well. Mr.Collins need's to be reevaluated as a supervisor at that location , Because never has my grandmother been talked to the way Mr. Collins spoke to her. He belittled her in front of other customers and it was humiliating for her. I will definitely being going with her to close her account because this is ridiculous.

Had to deal with the san benito branch today was skeptical at first because i had a bad experience the first time.if you want excellent service and hands down be treated like family go to the buisness 77 branch in harlingen. Like i said san benito and brownsville branches will leave you with a headache

I am a small business owner and I recently spoke with a friend about using banks for business and she recommended Texas Regional Bank. I spoke with a representative over the phone( Jaime ) and he gave me all the information I needed to get a business account. They have so many benefits for small business, if you are getting your business started I highly recommend this bank. That same day I canceled my current bank and moved all my accounts to Texas Regional. I love the fact that every time I walk in I am greeted by my name. I highly recommend this bank.

Everyone at this bank is so friendly and helpful...Jaime the bank manager has personally helped me with getting my online banking setup. They call my husband and I by name when we walk in; that is nice.. love the amenities this bank offers!
