Great company to do business with. They just put together a webinar on Reservoir Mitigation. It was a great presentation with lots of information. (Wish the presenters showed more pictures while talking, so I could admire their work.) The webinar was free and gave me some possible ideas for my land. the initial loan process was OK but followup for additional loans to build on the land the TFC office seemed to not be interested.
