Texas Cash Pawn Shop W Main St, Gun Barrel City

I am 44 years old and never have I been treated so poorly by staff inside of a store. The madam I was dealing with had a terrible attitude, and had no interest in my business. I was there to possible buy an anniversary ring for my spouse of 20 years. I asked if I could speak to a store manager and her response was “I am”

I came in the other day and was just browsing and the person at the front desk was SO nice and welcoming!! The man asked if I was looking for anything in particular and if I needed any help to come and ask him. Very well organized and the Christmas tree is BEAUTIFULLY done! Like out of a hallmark movie! I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for good deals!!!

A bit overpriced, in my opinion.

Everyone was very helpful. The guy in there helped me find exactly what I was looking for and the store was very clean and very beautiful women working as well. Best pawn shop around the lake by far

Called the store, asked if they bought laptops, drove over an hour to get there, had brought a 2019 MacBook Pro, worth $850. They offered me $150…. For a computer that was originally $1450… Anyways, the guy there was very nice and helpful which is why I give this experience 2 stars, however the other lady acted like she did not want my business whatsoever. It’s a shame.

Wonderful experience in the store today. Very positive enviroment. I went in to look for jewelry for my two grandaughters. Everyone was with a customer, but the young ladies made sure to acklowledge me and express that they would be with me soon. I left a paper review on the counter and they asked if i wouldnt mind leaving one here as well. Keep doing a great job. Ill recommend to all the ladies in my bowling league for sure.

Its almost as though they dont actually know the price of stuff. I oncevwent in with 12 used dvds and 4 blurays and came out with almost 80 bucks. Games are bought for 2 dollars regardless of system but flipped around and sold for 20. This shop has great products for sale but the buisness just is sometimes ripping itself off or you. Do not go here pawn express has less merchandise and isnt as pretty but they wont look at you like your dumb when you dont agree with an OFFER and they wont rip you off.

My house was broken into on January 3rd. All my jewelry was stolen including my wedding ring. Stopped in just to look and take pictures of the rings I liked to show the hubby. Ended up finding several that I really liked. The sales girl that helped me was very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had. Ended up coming back later that with the hubby and made a purchase. Very happy with what I bought and got a great deal. I will definitely come back and look as I start replacing other items that were stolen.

I went in looking for a ring for my husband for Christmas 🎄 and the sales lady was so nice and friendly. She helped me find the perfect gift and even though they weren't having any kind of discounts she managed to get me out the door with a savings of $50.00. Thanks Texas Cash Pawn Shop you Rock!!!
