I've been doing business with this company for a long time and I have never had an issue with Jen and Isabel. Jen has always provided amazing and stupendous customer service. Isabel has always had a smile on her face when I first walked into the branch. Isabel has always treated me like a real human being than just a regular account. Jennifer in the office is bright professional an kind courteous, an pay attention to all our needs. The so called manager in the office is Isabelle which very unprofessional and just rude. She lacks communication skills in treating customers as humans, she made us feel as if we were less then her. Argumentative and hanging up the phone while we are asking a question. Will not be back if I can help it.
