Let me just say this Brittany is an awesome person. You don’t find to many in customer service that actually take they time , do what they say they gonna do, and move fast with a positive attitude all while wearing a smile. She makes you feel like family regardless if she is busy she make her effort to communicate with you. Brittany is the reason I keep coming back she freaking ROCKS!!!!

This business is very unprofessional. The employee was running the office alone and had her young child at work with her. She was running around, wasting things, writing on the desks, and climbing on the furniture. This was all while we’re trying to inquire about the loan and ask questions. A few days later we have a bank rep trying to call to verify the check. This was at 3pm on a Friday. No one answered the phone. The rep called twice and I called a few times over the next hour. Still, no answer. This is ridiculous! I guess they may be short staffed or something but the quality of this business is terrible!
