Fast, knowledgeable and very informative was the experience that I received from Brenda, I was hesitant but she knew her stuff and ready took the time to make sure that I completely understood the whole process, before I signed any of the documents.

Went to this location on thursday november 18th to try and get information and pay on my account upon arrival i waited over 30 minutes because there was no one at the store, the open sign was on but no note on the door saying when they’ll be back after casually walking around the shopping center to kill time and constantly calling the store and no one was answering i finally went back and the lady that was there turned me completely away she did not even wanna let me walk in the store standing in front of it she asked what i was here for and i told her ive been waiting cause i needed to get info on my account and told her no one is picking up the phone and she said well i have a customer im with and said it will be 45 minutes and i told her mam it does not take 45 minutes to do a title loan and she said well i can give you a call and i told her mam its the principle you dont turn customers away especially when you not answering the phone, told her to forget it that ill talk to my original store location only reason i came here cause i moved all the way on this side she was so unprofessional i couldn’t even get her name that’s why i wanna make it known who ever was working that day was being real nasty with me.

Brenda and Jessica were great they help me with everything I needed. I preciated everything they did to help me out.
